We want you to love your Allbirds as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy on all shoes, even if you have already worn them out in the wild. Apparel must be returned in its original condition with tags intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place your items in their original packaging; for shoes, this means the eco-friendly shoebox they arrived in, which also serves as the shipping mailer.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
