What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. You can take our shoes for a test run and, if you're not satisfied, return them within 30 days for a full refund, even if you've worn them outside.
How do I wash my Allbirds?
Most of our shoes are machine washable. Simply remove the laces and insoles, place the shoes in a delicates bag, and wash on a cold cycle with mild detergent. Always air dry your shoes and never put them in the dryer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local duties and taxes.
What materials do you use in your products?
We are committed to sustainability and use premium natural materials including ZQ-certified Merino wool, FSC-certified eucalyptus tree fiber, and SweetFoam made from sugarcane.
How do I know what size to order?
Our shoes generally fit true to size. If you are between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up, especially for our Wool Runners. You can find a detailed size guide on each product page.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Absolutely! We offer digital gift cards that are delivered via email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. They have no additional processing fees and never expire.
